Wendy and her staff were friendly and even gave us design ideas and helped us make a decision when we were having difficulty deciding on color and fabrics. Excellent service and quality. I’ve worked with Brittany at Furniture Solutions multiple times and she is truly the best—quick, efficient, and incredibly attentive. She helped us find an assisted lift recliner for my late mother-in-law and arranged very fast delivery when we needed it ASAP, which meant so much to our family. Bought a table and 4 chairs. Have only owned them 4-5 years and 2 chairs are broken at the base of the chairs and the finish is coming off of the arms of the chairs. Only my husband and I use the table. There are no children in our home. Quality is much less than expected for the price paid.

Freddie did a great job repairing our couch. Was out a week before saying he needed help in doing so, so rescheduled for today. Today came and no one showed with him anyway. Two days ruined. Otherwise our couch looks. Always a great idea to get the Worry no More plan with Macys.

We began very pleased. We made our purchase. Delivery was great. But with our delivery a tag indicated we were to receive accent pillows. We didn’t. I called and was told they’d call me back right away, that was 3 days ago. I emailed and got no response, that was over two days ago. It seems they are helpful right up until they get your money and then don’t care at all. In fact I feel ignored. I doubt I’ll be going back here unless this is fixed. Oh yes and very pricey.
