Purchased 2 Stressless recliners from Furniture Solutions! We have been happy with our previous Stressless Furniture! We have received delivery of our new chairs and couldn't be happier! We purchased two Ekornes reclining chairs from Furniture Solutions three years ago and are very pleased with them. Recently one of the chairs stopped working correctly. I called the store and spoke with Steve who tried to help me over the phone. When that didn't work he came to our house within a few minutes and put in a new part. The customer service was great as Catherine Stanek helped us with our options while ordering our new outdoor furniture. We were undecided on color and design but Catherine patiently helped us choose the right options. The delivery was on schedule and we weren't home, so the delivery person set up the furniture on our porch where it will remain. Thanks to all involved for a seamless transaction!
Prices are high (not sure if they all are), but I needed a standing desk and they were the only furniture store that had a few. Ended up buying one. Associate that helped us was very nice. Got desk delivered SUPER fast. Overall, happy with purchase.
