jackc Just furnished new first home. The sales woman made the selection easy. My house looks amazing!! Thank you for a great experience. It is hard to find a fair, honest and helpful furniture store in this area.
Furniture Solutions The Furniture Solutions has some nice furniture. It is moderately priced and it is good quality furniture. I have not actually purchased any furniture here because I could not deal with the sales associate. He was very pushy and I finally had to walk out of the store because I could not deal with this sales person. I would try again as it's been several years now but I would hope not to run into the same assocaite!
Go ahead and order, but get ready to wait!! Their furniture is nice, salespeople are definitely looking to make a sale, but aren't they all? My issue is with the fact that we still haven't gotten our complete order yet. We ordered a couch/loveseat and ottoman. The couch and loveseat were delivered as scheduled. They never mentioned that the ottoman wasn't in yet. Didn't have a good explanation as to why, when we questioned it. These people know what they're doing! What I really like about Bob (I think he's the owner? but I'm not sure) . . . he listened to what I thought I needed. He actually had exactly the type recliner I wanted - exactly - so I was happy and ready to buy. The price was very competitive. But then he showed me a slightly different style that I liked even more - NOT what I was thinking but when I saw it, I liked it much more than what I went in for. Avoid the store like the plaque. Owner only cares about making a dollar. He doesn't care about customer service. He over prices his furniture and doesn't try to fix problems.
