I moved into a new apartment after having sold all my furniture when I moved here from out of state. I had passed by The Furniture Shoppe several times before moving to Alabama. It was time to furnish my apartment so I stopped by there after reading reviews. The store is huge and very well stocked. My main purchase this trip was for a sofa. Sat on a few including the LazyBoy full sofa. The salesperson was new at the time but she was very helpful. SOLD USED/PREVIOUSLY OWNED FURNITURE Purchased a complete, expensive bedroom set in 2017. Delivered and set up by this store. Just now had to move furniture out of the room only to discover that not only did they gouge the wall and bend the mirror support bracket but they also sold us PREVIOUSLY OWNED furniture. This was obvious when drawers were removed and ladies jewelry was found inside the dresser, underneath the bottom drawer. Had issue this year when purchasing a mattress.
