My parents paid 1,200 for a recliner in 2021 and it literally broke the other day. The springs popped out of the back of it.
Several positive aspects: While shopping for a sofa about a year ago, the female sales rep (so wish I could remember her name) was perfect. Didn’t stalk me yet was available for questions and suggestions when I asked. I special ordered and had to wait but not an out of the ordinary timeframe. Every encounter has been professional and courteous. Delivery was priced FAR better than other furniture stores. Delivery guys were careful and considerate of my time and home. My husband and I walked into The Furniture Shoppe in Henegar Al. While we were looking around, I finally had to approach a salesman who was setted on recliner arm, to locate more of what we were looking for. We did make a purchase but the transaction was very impersonal!! Like we were an interruption.
