Man was nice ,patience with me after seeing me twice and so I'm grateful for the good service
I purchased a new mattress and removal services of old mattress. When the crew came to deliver they refused to dispose of the old mattress, a service I paid for, because it had some stains. This stipulation was never revealed when purchasing. I spoke to the manager which I dealt with when buying the mattress and he was no help in alleviating the situation. They just need to be upfront with their policies. Now I am left with an old mattress in my yard. Would not buy from this store again.
