I purchased a clearance massage chair and because it was a floor model it no longer had any warranty..i paid for it and was told they would put a sign sold on it and move it to the back. My son went to pick it up and was told they had no idea about the chair being sold.. after that was cleared up I found out they left it on the floor.. no sign... who knows how it was treated after I bought it. I will not be very excited to buy there again.
