Absolutely awful customer service. Purchased a dining set, end table and rug at the end of April. I was told it would be available for pick up in about 2 weeks. It has been 6 weeks and I had to call for updates. At no point was I contacted with updates. I then spoke to Topher (a manager) who is only willing to give me $100 off when I spent well over $2000.
