Ordered several modular furniture pieces on Sept 1 and was told it would be a couple weeks before delivery could happen. No problem. Waited and never heard anything so called and was told it would be early/mid Oct. Waited and never heard anything. Called and was told early Nov. Waited and never heard anything. Called and was told late Nov. Finally, it did actually arrive nearly 3 months later. I bought the "protection kit" as well, which seems extremely overpriced, but I wanted to maintain the warranty.
