I was very happy with my experience at furniture row. Noelle, was very helpful and gave me the space and time to look at what I was looking for.
This was my first time in furniture row and the customer service was very friendly. I found what I wanted online and then went to the store to purchase it and have it delivered to me. I purchased a large TV stand for my new TV. I chose just to have it delivered for $65 and not pay the extra $65 to have them unpack it on hallway the packaging. The TV stand came in a large box and was well packed which I liked however I should have paid the $65 for them to unpack it and haul off the packing material.
Connor was very helpful and showed us couches all over the store. We have purchased several items from Furniture Row and have always been happy.
Love my dining set. Great price and service and quick delivery and setup. I’ll be back again
Reggie was incredibly helpful! We were able to get many discounts for Black Friday and bundled a bed and frame together for less than one frame at a competing store! We got new bed sheets too and it is perfect. We got a great deal and they really took the time to get everything we wanted. We are so excited! Thanks again Reggie!
