Mike helped us pick out the bedroom set. He was very helpful and kind, not too pushy which is appreciated. Great experience.
I was very disappointed that the replacement sofa cushion I ordered took two months to come in, and the store was unable to provide me with any specific updates despite multiple calls. However Alexis called me as soon as it came in, and offered to personally deliver it to me same day, since their delivery trucks were booked for another week.
