No customer service. I carried a very heavy chair from the clearance section which was one end of the store to the other end to check out which caused back pain throughout the night & this morning.
We are repeat customers over the years for furniture & our mattress needs. That speaks volumes & this visit did not disappoint.
Great sale haven’t gotten the recliner yet so have to wait and see. Update the first recliner didn’t work out. The Harlow had issues locking the recliner closed. Had it repaired and it still didn’t work out. Purchased a power recliner the Daughtrey. Love this one.
We had an amazing experience shopping at Furniture Row! Jerry was beyond helpful as he helped us mix and match furniture and upholstery! Furniture Row is my favorite place to shop for my home because the quality is the best and the people who work there are so kind and helpful!
We have been very picky about our furniture and after raising our concerns, our needs were met and exceeded by the friendly staff. I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate all the work that was put into us. Thank you all.
