Customer service is top-notch. Especially, the male (don't remember his name). Found a bed in no time for the right price.
Poor quality, cheap made! Not even 2 years ago I bought a bedroom set, a couch and two living room chairs with ottoman. We had the dresser delivered twice because it was broken, even the one we finally kept it was also broken. The bed broke already, the legs keep falling off do the frame is all bend now and squeaky. The couch already broke, stitches didn't last for long and it not because we are not careful, it is just poor made. Ask for Mary!! We shopped through a dozen stores and found the only couch that blew us away. Mary was so sweet and patient, Steve the manager was very professional and really confirmed this is our go to furniture store.
