We bought a new bedroom set from Furniture Row and had an excellent experience! Sebastian took all the time needed to show us many options and explain the craftsmanship and benefits of each set. He helped us put together our new bedroom set mixing pieces from different sets to get us exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend checking out the selection here and ask for Sebastian, he really is so knowledgeable and patient!
We were going to buy our new Livingroom set here. After weeks of looking and coming back to decide the couch set. We finally made our choice and it was out of stock. The items were still on the showroom floor. The only recommendation is if it is out on the floor make sure you have stock for people to purchase. We tried to get them to sell the showroom set but they said they couldn't because it could come back. After going back for the next three weeks hoping it would come back in stock it wasn't on the showroom floor anymore... read more
Furniture Row Rocks !!!! Walked into the Draper location. Told the sales people exactly what I was looking for. They walked me around the huge selection as I took pictures to make my selection later. Stopped at 5 other furniture store to see their selection and decided on the perfect recliner for my space, color, and delivery schedule. Texted the sales person at Furniture Row and completed the sale from home the next morning. Easy Peasy. Great customer service and selection !!!!!!
