At first we weren’t helped. I asked where what we were looking for was. Went to it without a salesperson. Checked out and pretty much decided what we wanted. No one had still come to help us. I walked back up to the desk and asked if they wanted to make a sale. It was all good from there. We got what we wanted by way of the gentleman giving us the more specific options we wanted. Got some good deals and now we wait because one of the chairs we ordered is a special order. Started off rocky but ended up great.

Faith helped us select the theater sofa we were looking for. She explained the different features of the sofa and matching chair. While sitting in the sofa reclined and she demonstrated the heater and massage festure which sold us. She let my husband and i think about purchase with no pressure from her to make the purchase Only downside is the furniture will not be delivered for 2 months.
Faith did a great job. Efficient!
