Update: The person who responded to this original review with a link to help solve the issue, also never solved the issue. We filled out the form and such and never got a response. 3 months after couch delivery and have still not gotten the mattress nor have we had even an attempt at a resolution from furniture row. Bought a couch with a queen sized pullout bed and ottoman. The couch and ottoman were delivered in early November but they didn’t deliver the mattress that comes with the pullout couch. Have used Furniture Row in Springdale Arkansas for several years. Most recently we fostered a German Shepherd, who ate our 2 1/2 year old leather sofa. Alex with Furniture Row was professional, compassionate and had a wonderful sense of humor while helping us locate the exact replacement as well as coordinated having it shipped to the area and gave us a friendly discount.
