We were very pleased with Chase, our sales consultant. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, & if he didn't know the answer, he found an answer for us. He also has the patience of a Saint. We are looking forward to our new recliner, which also rocks & swivels.
Bought chair and loveseat. Didn't get any promotional coupon eligibility, which seemed odd, then got hit with two delivery charges for the two pieces. Going to finish this deal, but be aware of shifty tactics and added costs like double charges for delivery
On Monday, 31 March, around 12:30, I went in to look at the sofas that I had seen online. Not one person was in the furniture showroom. I walked the entire store, perimeter and inside of furniture gallery, and never saw a person. I saw one of the sofas on the floor but did not see the other one.
Alana was very helpful. Found what I was looking for at a better price than another local furniture.
