I bought a new loveseat and sofa from Furniture Row. Unfortunately, I had to deal with an unreliable salesman that has since been let go. However, I had the pleasure of talking with Angie, and not only did she take care of the previous salesman's mistakes; she also went above and beyond to make sure that I felt good about my purchase again. Furniture Row was wonderful in helping us choose furniture for our house in Idaho. Angie was the one helping us decide on everything. She was so sweet and never pressured us on buying anything. We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. There was a glitch in the delivery and Angie went above and beyond to fix it. They have earned our business in the future with their great customer service!
