Most disappointed in this store especially Jesse Hanson. Was duped into purchasing a warranty on our furniture. When trying to file a claim was told this wasn’t covered even though a sales consultant said it was. Spoke with Jesse and was told “we can’t help it if our employees lie” ! Asked him for some scenarios of what might be covered and he said “if a screw driver accidentally makes a hole then that would be covered !!! The manager Justin, helped us with a problem we had and we sure appreciated it. We ended purchasing a king sized, adjustable bed. We can't wait until it arrives.

I live in El Paso and was looking for an easy way to purchase a good mattress set. The only hangup was that I wanted to purchase it here and have the abillity for my daughter, whom lives in San Antonio, TX, to get it delivered to her home. Great customer service. I'm happy with my mattress purchase. I will definitely go back as well as recommend to family and friends.
My mattress was lumpy. They wouldn't take it back. I wasn't very happy about that. They could have seemed to care. They didn't. They even took 40% to restock the mattress. What a rip off.
My wife and I purchased a new bed, frame mattress at the cost of $4k and within a year the mattress is dented in in the shape of our bodies, I can actually feel the indentation of where my foot rests in the bed. There is supposedly a 20 yr warranty. I'm hitting them up today, our backs are in so much pain. We are side sleepers and I feel like I'm twisted up like a pretzel.
