I waited a month to write this review because I always like to see how a product stands up to being used. I have to say the bed we bought from Furniture Row was a great purchase! From the smooth sailing with our helpful salesperson Merv to the flexibility of the delivery staff, every employee we worked with treated us exceptionally well. The bed is beautiful and well-made. The service was first class. The Furniture Row Quincy store is the only place I ever expect to shop at for my home needs!

Found the exact dining chairs (2) we were looking for to match the 4 chairs we bought at Furniture Row many years ago. They were on sale (bonus!). The process was totally painless, great service, and the chairs were in stock so we could take them with us.
Kosa was a very helpful sales person. He explained pricing, financing and delivery clearly. He did not pressure us into our purchase, but was always available to assist us.
