I went in during playoff games so there weren't many sales associates on the floor, but Kevin was quick to help me out. He was polite and chatty. What I didn't like was the quick load of the barstools I got. Was not afforded the opportunity to look them over and of course one is damaged. Not sure if I'll have any recourse on that but intend to try. UPDATE- Ì was able to switch out the defective stool. Word of warning, carefully look over what you buy. Of my 6 stools, 3 had issues.
