Great service even after they've made the sale. I had a question about whether there was a trick to getting the Bosco couches through the door because they didn't seem to have removable backs with velcro straps. When I called, Robert immediately helped me look into it. He looked up our info and I texted him pictures of the couches and he checked floor models immediately and called me right back. When the answer turned out to be that the backs unfortunately are not removable and so they need to go through the door at a 45 deg... read more
