Andre was an awesome help and not pushy about the sale at all! Helped us find exactly what we needed and in a timely manner!
Our salesperson John was wonderful! Other than that we had a terrible experience. We ordered a credenza, two end tables and a coffee table. The credenza came damaged, the drawers were misaligned and the doors were uneven. When we brought it to the managers attention, Robert, his resolution was to give us $200 off. In that same shipment the $250 end table had several issues, we had them take it back and they reordered another one. This place was great. They had exactly what we were looking for and the warranty was the best deal. Marcie was our sales person, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We looked a 3 places before coming Furniture Row. I wish we had come here first.
