We have bought we have always had a good experience with furniture row while shopping. We purchased a table and chairs and recently a couch and 2 recliners. Kaden worked with us on our recent purchase and was very kind and answered all our questions with no sales pressure at all. We had the recent purchase delivered and they were professional and took care while delivering. Would definitely recommend Furniture Row.
The staff were really nice and not your typical overbearing salesmen who breathe down your neck the second you walk in. The process was super simple and easy. I will definitely be doing any and all future furniture purchasing with them.10/10 highly recommend.
We went to the Wichita Falls Texas store on two different days. Each day we spoke with Raphael Robledo. He spent several hours with us and walked across the store several times to get cost and color samples. He never changed his disposition, always doing all he could do to make us happy.
