Furniture row is full of incompetent workers.I will never even think about shopping through this place again. The costumer service is nothing short of terrible. They screwed up my order multiple times and I got it over a month late. They also would not be flexible with delivery times. This place is full of morons that don't know what they are doing.Same yourself the headaches and shop elsewhere.
They delivered furniture to my home & showed up without parts for the ottoman i purchased or power tools to use to screw in the feet to the sofa, chairs or ottoman (asked me if i had one he could use ;(. ). They left the ottoman unassembled & said they would come back another day with screws to finish. Ive called 3 times & sent two emails. A salesman by the name of michael kept saying he would call back but never did. Worst Furniture Store Around. My wife and I purchased a leather sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman from this company along with an extended warranty. Furniture started coming apart in a few months. Had it fixed then it started coming apart again. The seams where the leather connects to the bottom of the sofa were coming undone. Contacted the store again and was told our warranty didnt cover it.
