Great service. Kevin checked in just once or twice while we were in the store, never hovering or overwhelming us with questions. He noticed when we were seriously considering a few pieces and offered helpful bits of information, like customization options, then gave us space to discuss and decide. We bought the couch and will be going to him specifically if we want pull the trigger on the chair in the future.
