I love Furniture Row, the selections are great - so much to choose from so you're bound to find what you want! The staff is GREAT too, helpful, knowledgeable and super courteous!
We had Shane as a salesman. He introduced himself and left us alone to shop which I appreciated, I hate when salespeople follow you around while you’re trying to shop and he didn’t so that was a plus. Once we decided, he explained everything throughly and completed the sale efficiently. We were very pleased with our experience with this store.
Went to 2 other Furniture stores and came back to Furniture Row. Reasonable prices and had what we were looking for. Login was super nice and friendly, great personality and very knowledgeable and helpful
Update It's hard to have a full day off to schedule deliveries a week in advance. A three hour window was offered the day before. Please offer a two hour window a week in advance. Now I have to wait another week for my other delivery that I paid for in August and we are now in November. Not happy with the delivery scheduling.
