Afraid the sales staff here need a bit more training. Came in knowing what I wanted, was told, without anyone looking at a catalog that the manufacturer doesn't make it anymore. Turns out that's not true.
The salesperson, Michelle, was wonderful and provided great customer service. This is my second time at Furniture Row in ABQ. I returned after 15 years because of the outstanding customer service and selection of quality furnishings...once again they provided the same. I will be returning for my next sofa.
