BE WARNED Questionable company and staffing. We purchased a bedroom set and kitchen set along with a new living room couch in May of 2025 (this year) the inside couch cushion was coming apart at the seam and then one of the kitchen chairs the wood is peeling so bad that it cut a family member. You brought-in a floor model table that was scratched and dented, the same one I looked at Lakewood store. No quality assurance at all that table should’ve been checked and all the other table should’ve been a check even before it was put into the truck.
Employees were helpful and friendly but didn’t hover or pressure us.
