Most disappointed in this store especially Jesse Hanson. Was duped into purchasing a warranty on our furniture. When trying to file a claim was told this wasn’t covered even though a sales consultant said it was. Spoke with Jesse and was told “we can’t help it if our employees lie” ! Asked him for some scenarios of what might be covered and he said “if a screw driver accidentally makes a hole then that would be covered !!!
