Do not use this removalist They break fridge, we try to complain, they ignore it and just hang up the phone. Ask for cash only. Work 1.30hrs and ask for 2hrs+call fee(1hr) Very rude attitude. Don't waste your time money and furniture
Hired for a 1BR unit move. Started off well, then part way into it one of the drivers started complaining non-stop. He started kicking items around and dented the front of our fridge moving it into the new unit; complaining about its size the entire time. The drivers took several smoke breaks during the move, adding to the overall time it took for them to finish the job. I would not recommend these movers - go elsewhere.
One of your truck drivers drove onto the lawn and ran over my daughter's scooter destroying it. Thanks for that. Who should I bill for the destruction of property?
Sent small truck. After i explained 5 bedroom house. So had to do 2 trips. Every piece of furniture scatched dented or gouged. No reply when made complaint. Would not recomend
