Excellent Customer Service Recovery It’s not every day that you receive a personal phone call from the owner after experiencing bad customer service at one of their locations. Despite the trouble we initially had, the owner went above and beyond to make things right. He personally came to our home, refunded part of our payment, and even took the time to show us how we could seamlessly cover the electrical cords from our sofa and loveseat.
