I called Furniture Plus to ask about a couch I was interested in purchasing. Instead of answering my questions, the person who answered the phone immediately asked me—hostilely—why. When I explained I wanted to buy a couch, he launched into a lecture about how people come in to try his furniture and then buy it online elsewhere.
