good selection - ok prices We recently purchased 2 recliners from Furniture Plus. We were told 10 days for delivery... 10 days came & went and there was no phone call from Furniture Plus, so I called them. The chairs were going to be delayed a few days. Again, no calls, I had to call. Finally 3 weeks later, my chairs showed up and one had a cracked leg! I called to complain & they said that they would order the part. Furniture Plus is a pleasant place to shop Although we have not yet purchased anything from them, we are currently considering a sectional and a dining room set. We really like the personable service and the welcoming atmosphere. The salespeople are not pushy which is a huge plus! The owner is visible and approachable and we look forward to doing business with them soon!
