The quality of this furniture is very poor and over priced. The owner has no integrity or character when it comes to treating customers fairly. Making money seems to be his only concern. Very dissatisfied with the process of purchasing furniture from this store. More disappointing with the quality. Will never purchase from this store again!!
I have lived in Jacksonville NC all my life. My husband and I have bought Furniture from several stores over the 34 years of our marriage. This is the worst experience ever. We spent cash for Furniture from this store, starting November 2022. We were sold Furniture off the floor, at full pricce, without our first hand knowledge!We returned that set. Christmas Eve Delivery! I was so impressed with this store...the week before Christmas I was in this store doing some shopping, they actually offered to stay open late Christmas Eve (6PM) for any customers who needed to pick up presents for the Holiday. They really go out of their way to make sure that the customer is number one. If they don't have something you are looking for, they will help you find it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the professional staff at Furniture Plus
Furniture Plus Seemed... Furniture seemed nice. The furniture i got was very nice very comfy. Ashley furniture. Prices are reasonable. Got a bed as well. Waiting on it to come in today. Ugly, cluttered, but the best service and prices in town! I shopped everywhere In Jacksonville, including online, for a sleigh bed and found the lowest price at Furniture Plus. I disagree with the other reviewer who said the personnel was "not that great". My saleswoman, Jane was OUTSTANDING. I was ready to buy a bed at Majors, because that's who had offered me the lowest price. She asked which brand, found the same bed in her Ashley catalog and beat Major's very low price. By a lot. This family seems to own most of them and the stores indicate they all have the same taste for buyers. Prices vary from store to store, but the furniture is the same quality.
