This place is a joke they sold me a sectional sofa set that took like 2 and a half months to get and with in a month the sofa cushions started to get deformed and wouldn't fluff back out I've called no one has called me back I've sent e-mails and one got back to me so please save your $ this place is a joke $1,300 down the
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've gone on 3 different occasions and nobody was there. The doors locked but the sign says they're open. Called their Watsonville location to see what the actual hours truly are. The lady who picked up the line didn't speak any english or attempt to, and passed the phone to a gal who told me to, "text this number". Almost feels like they don't want business.
