They really did have the sleeper sofa 🛋 I was looking for in stock. Also the floor sales person sent me photos first because we live in Metolius, it was very helpful to see what was in stock before an hour drive to Bend! Thanks for the good customer service!
Update from last purchase in 2024...this time looking for a double recliner to replace a 20-year-old couch. Found the perfect one right away...was delivered next day...then a few days later I had a little mishap! Their repair shop tech came out same day we called, analyzed the fix, went back for a part and came back after hours to complete the fix for us. We love this beautiful set and thank Dave and his crew for great products and great service. We'll be back!
I was there for delivery very nice gentleman who unloaded me. It takes about an hour and a half for one stop. I got two drops so they finish up in three hours which is good thank you.
Victor was very helpful and hooked me with next day delivery. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to everyone
I bought a couch that has turned out to be a nightmare. The amount of back pain I have experienced after just a few weeks has become debilitating. They will not do anything about it. Wont take it back or give me my money back. This is ridiculous. Now Im just out thousands and stuck with a piece of garbage. I was never informed the sale was final.
