Victor was wonderful helping me during an emergency situation requiring a new bed. The price was reasonable, the delivery great, and I would highly recommend Furniture Outlet to anyone.
With less than 11 months of gentle wear and no animals in the house, our Ashley recliners are losing their faux leather finish. It's not even where we sit. All the corners and lots of seam edges have lost their full leather color leaving white cloth. We have had no results from furniture outlet after submitting a warranty issue complaint as well as photographs of many of the areas,through Furniture Outlet
I am so impressed with this store! The owner David is so helpful, kind and professional! The ladies are also super helpful but Teddy was above and beyond amazing! She has went out of her way to make sure we are pleased with our fabric selections and all choices regarding our purchases!
