We had to drive 2 hours to get to Bend to find a store close enough for good furniture. This was our first stop in town. There's a great selection of furniture and the staff is friendly but not overbearing. Victor was so helpful with helping us find exactly what we needed, getting measurements, and ensuring a fast delivery. We then met David and Diego at the warehouse. Just got my second sofa this year from you guys! Couldn’t be happier. I’m in love with the Stanton sofas. These sofas are well made, super comfortable and good looking! Lance was my sales person and he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Your delivery team is great too! All around a pleasure to do business with you guys.
I had the pleasure of working with Lance, we got new Stanton sectional custom made. The cushions were not what we expected and Lance went above and beyond and found a solution to make sure we were happy with our sectional. Lance is truly an asset, he’s very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Lance made sure we were happy with what we bought. I’ve never been to a furniture store that made sure, if the customer wasn’t happy they will make it right and they won my business for lifetime. Thank you Lance, we appreciate you!
Had some delays in delivery, but the owner is making it right. All you can really ask for.
David and Victor are a pleasure to work with. We were able to find the exact same couch that we were looking at from another show room for almost 50% less. They are caring and considerate, and you really get the feeling that they have the customers wallet in mind when they price their products. We had good conversation and walked out with 2 new pieces. Delivery options are great too!
