I bought a couch that has turned out to be a nightmare. The amount of back pain I have experienced after just a few weeks has become debilitating. They will not do anything about it. Wont take it back or give me my money back. This is ridiculous. Now Im just out thousands and stuck with a piece of garbage. I was never informed the sale was final. I am so impressed with this store! The owner David is so helpful, kind and professional! The ladies are also super helpful but Teddy was above and beyond amazing! She has went out of her way to make sure we are pleased with our fabric selections and all choices regarding our purchases!
