We are back for another purchase at Furniture One in Essex. Mary-Lou assisted us with finding just the right recliner to meet our needs. She took her time and answered all of our questions. My elderly mother purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner from Furniture One Lazy Boy Comfort Studio and we're very happy with both the product and the service. Jasmine was patient and attentive, helping us choose a model that met her comfort and mobility needs. We also had height modifications done to make it easier for her to sit and stand, and those adjustments were done perfectly. Stopped in at Furniture One to look for a new recliner. Jasmine was friendly, very patient and knowledgeable as she helped us find the perfect recliner chair. It was so hard to make a decision when faced with so many options in the store. Jasmine made it easy. We ended up buying 2 recliners! The owner was very friendly and courteous as well.
