I'm physically disabled so I purchased a lift chair in March, 2025, which quit functioning early January, 2026. Furniture One personnel have visited my home three times & failed to repair the chair. I have been unable to contact the store manager. I now have a $3500 dysfunctional chair taking up space in my living room. It seems that my only option is to try to donate the chair to an organization which may be able to repair it and hope that I qualify for a tax write off.
