Got a bed frame still in box off Facebook marketplace, found out it was incomplete (missing carton #2 with support/side rails & footboard). Called this store & the number listed on the instructions and was told nothing could be done since there wasn't an order number that I could give. A tad ridiculous seeing as I have the model number AND exact part number that would complete the set, whereas now said set is taking up room in the dumpster. Shame, the setup was gorgeous. I was having trouble getting in touch with the furniture store that delivered several damaged pieces of a dining set. I called FOA and they offered to help. All they did was try to to get in touch with furniture store. I received no updates unless I asked for them. When nothing got done they stopped answering my messages. Terrible customer service I would give them a zero if I could.
Decent quality for the price. Usually in and out when I pickup. Especially when I call ahead. I really appreciate that.
