We worked with Vincent over a week to get a plan and pricing for refinishing an elegant dining set (table and chairs). To the point where stopped talking to other potential vendors. Once we agreed to do business with one another the guy went radio silent when trying to arrange pick up pf the furniture. For more than a week, would not reply to messages. I’ve had beautiful work done by them, but you pay the price. I still went back for another piece of furniture and their customer service is so lacking (short, not helpful, feel like you are wasting their time) that I won’t go back. It’s unfortunate really.

We have been trying to get the leather repaired on our chairs at our clinic since February 11th. Customer service has been terrible. Called to book in feb, was told to write an email to the owner, did so. Sent photos of the repair needed. No response, sent another email, no response. Call to check in to see if we could book for someone to come out and view, told me to email again. Told them I have been emailing with no response. She said she would remind him. Very disappointed with the quality of product used, I had 3 sofa cushions and 2 loveseat cushions redone with supposedly high density foam, in my opinion the quality was not there, the cushions did not have the firmness that I was expecting. I spoke with two different employees who did not show much professionalism and were also rude. Overall the service was poor.
