I bought furniture from this business for a friend for $4,000. We paid $1,000 down, with the remaining $3,000 to be paid over one year in installments. We have already paid $4,400 in installments, but we are still being told that another $3,000 is owed. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! Went to Furniture Max in Seven Corners to purchase furniture and bedding. Found the items i liked. Came back following day to pick up my mattress and box spring, i went to the display to check it out 1 more time before picking it up and noilticed there was a different type of mattress in the same space. I saw the one i was there to pick up was in plastic but manually taped up. I confronted both the salesman and the manager HECTOR, and they said it was a brand new matreess from the back. amazing customer service! greeted with kindness immediately at the door (without feeling that overbearing sales feeling), purchased a couch within under an hour, Basir offered us the best hospitality and even water bottles while we were still discussing our purchase. Very kind and also warms my heart that it’s a family owned business! ❤️ I’m excited for our delivery to come in and enjoy our new couch :)
