I was excited at first to buy my new couches but after delivery one of the bottom pieces was ripped and also the autumn leg piece didnt end up fitting in my living room i called multiple times asking to replace the one that was ripped and to return the autumn leg piece and they didnt allow me to return it and still havnt heard back to getting the other piece replaced every time i call i get told i will get a call back ... pretty disappointing

I brought me and my daughter a bedroom set last year in July. My daughter dresser wasn’t put together correctly. I called the same day and asked for a technician to come out and fix. I was told since I stay in Maricopa they would have to work me in. They did send someone eventually at 9:47 pm and I told them I wasn’t comfortable letting a man come in at almost 10pm to work on a furniture set.
