Lovely staff and very cheap appliances.
Jonny who came round to take unwanted furniture was picky. His attitude totally stank. Horrible nasty man. Made us feel very awkward. What did he expect something new and in original condition? He said sofa wouldn't fit through most doors. Yet the sofa came from a flat. So he doesn't know what he is going on about. Furniture Matters were always trusted by us. We thought Furniture Matters recycle old furniture. Do it up to sell. This doesn't appear to be the case anymore. Sad :(
Angela was a star so helpfull changed my washing machine with out any fuss also helped me locate my phone when I lost it such a nice person
This shop seems to open and close randomly when they want I went 3 times today twice in the morning and once in the afternoon,doesn’t seem a good business model
