My husband and I purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner Saturday, Nov 30 about 40 minutes before closing time. Larry and his crew were friendly, and their customer service was top notch! They listened as I described what I was looking for. They made suggestions and observations as we evaluated each chair until we found exactly what I was looking for in stock! Delivery was a breeze, and they removed a well worn chair for disposal for us. Thanks Furniture Mart for your local hometown service!! We love it!
Terrible customer service. They will conveniently “forget” to place your order with their suppliers after you’ve placed and paid for your items. No follow ups, no attempt to offer any type of reconciliation.

My husband got a living room set for us from here and the lining on one of the chairs has fallen so it’s on the floor. We had to wait for a section to come in and at that time he was told that once the section came and was delivered that is when they would fix the lining underneath the chair, ok the chair was delivered and the guys who delivered said they knew nothing about a piece that needed to be tacted back up and “Larry” would be out to do that or something about Larry!
