I came into Emporia from O'Fallon Mo.for the weekend to purchase living room Furniture for my grandsons apartment. Lisa helped us and what a pleasant experience it was. We checked out a few other places in town first. Lisa never pressured us once, was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The best part they were able to deliver it that same day as we were leaving on Sunday so we were able to help him get it all set up. Thank you so much Lisa I really appreciated your help. It's looks great in his apartment.

bought. $1500 speed queen washer and didn't work when I got it home. Called the next day they were open (closed Tuesday and Wednesday) and manager gave me a number for a repair man. After stewing on it for a while went to location to talk to store manager about how I thought it was poor custom service. He proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do to help. Buoght a "new" stove & Fridge from them a little under a year ago & the stove was trouble from day one. Immediately the day it was installed , I noticed the burners were not heating properly. The store was called immediately to be informed the stove wasn'twoeking properly & I was told to call the repair guy. The repair man was called & came out several times.
