Purchased a "new" stove & fridge from Furniture Loft in Emporia a little under a year ago. The stove unfortunately was trouble from day one. The same day it was installed, I noticed the burners were not heating properly & the oven temp didn't seem to be heating correctly either. I contacted the store immediately to inform them that stove wasn't working properly & I was told to call a repair man. I have shopped furniture loft for years, paying cash every time. This week I went to buy a new recliner, also paying cash and I wanted the chair in the "box" not the floor model which by the way should be discounted, no problem cause they have one in a box until my son in law goes to pick it up and there isn't one in the box. Pissed me off take the money and then say oops we don't have one in the box after all. Done with Furniture Loft!

I bought a brand new Frigidaire on Friday. Plugged it in and the compressor doesn't work properly it sounds like a gas generator! Furniture loft says it is a manufacturing issue- no exchange- no refunds. Frigidaire says it will be 3-5 business days for them to be able to schedule a maintenance appointment so I will be without a refrigerator until??? Buyer beware furniture loft does NOT stand behind their products. If something goes wrong it will absolutely be on you- they got their money so they don't have to make it right.

I came into Emporia from O'Fallon Mo.for the weekend to purchase living room Furniture for my grandsons apartment. Lisa helped us and what a pleasant experience it was. We checked out a few other places in town first. Lisa never pressured us once, was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The best part they were able to deliver it that same day as we were leaving on Sunday so we were able to help him get it all set up. Thank you so much Lisa I really appreciated your help. It's looks great in his apartment.
