Great place w fair pricing!!!! They used to really serve the public by having convenient working hours now short Mon thru Fri days and not open on a Saturday .I think they r missing lots of customers by being closed on Sat but hey they know their busiest days for business than I. This is why I didn't give them 5 stars due to short business hours thru the week and closed on Saturdays..otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
After reading other reviews it seems furniture is a better bet than appliances. I purchased a stackable washer dryer. The first one the spinner didn’t work. It was very inconvenient hauling this thing back. Figured the replacement would work. Under their 30 day warranty we either get a refund or a replacement. We tried the replacement and that one didn’t work either - dryer didn’t turn on. This has been exhausting. Hope this helps other customers thinking about appliances here. So far bad customer service experience.
Store was closed during listed operational hours. Very unprofessional.
