I’ve had my lounge modular going on 2 years now. Within 6 months of owing the stitching started falling apart. Now the chair won’t recline and now it’s just all falling apart. My house is pet and smoke free. For the amount of money, I won’t be shopping here. Very disappointed with the quality. Now I’m up for a new lounge.
Brought a 2.5k lounge suit and I was told I could add onto it when ever I needed too as they would stock it. Very hesitant with buying it as I’ve never purchased something like this so expensive before. I told them my worries about adding on to the couch I purchased, but I was put at ease by the manager, he said it was fine! We purchased a magnificent Kingston couch set up, which included electric seat movers, phone charger, usb hub and even lights to aid in using a computer and the like. Unfortunately we had a slight problem with one of the headrests, Furniture Land Tasmania immediately sent a technician to our house to check it out but he could not fix it but would speak with his boss and get back to us. We just purchased our new couch with Furniture Land Tasmania and we are in love. Amazing customer service, Grace was lovely to deal with and answered all my questions. Payment and delivery was so quick. It was in our lounge the following morning. The delivery driver was friendly and he installed our couch and took away all the boxes, very convenient! Highly recommend these guys. Amazing quality and the best price! Such a pleasure to deal with. 10/10
We found the weekend guy more pleasant to deal with..we called back on a Monday..I found sales person bit smart. Overall I love our new lounge suit delivery guy was very professional and works well setting up by himself
