1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I bought a dining table set from Furniture Land, but they did not provide all the chairs. I have been waiting for the remaining chairs for more than 2 months. I have called them many times, but they either don’t answer or don’t respond properly. This is extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. Extremely disappointing experience with Furniture Land. The customer service was very poor, and after the purchase, getting help or a proper response was extremely difficult. I felt that the promises made during the sale were not followed through afterward. The whole experience was stressful and frustrating.
