There was a roach, I wish I was joking. Edit: the roach was in the physical store, we did not buy a mattress after seeing this.
1st, I went there to check and a guy came to me. So I asked questions. When I leave, the guy was like 'you asked too much questions blah blah. I returned to buy mattress and to be honest they don't take time to show around. On the 2nd day Sam told me he got something else to do. In my mind I was like are you here for something else or to do a business with your customers? Why would anyone keep buying from such business?
Very disappointing experience. We bought a sofa three months ago, but it was delivered incomplete and we are still waiting for the missing part. Customer service is poor and staff are rude, unhelpful, and the salesperson is never available. Delivery staff were also disrespectful. Would not recommend this store.
