I got something for smaller pipe. not 2' as discribed .The person I have been in contact with has politely let me know that I have to pay to mail them back the seller before I can get refund.
They had what I needed. It shipped fast. Appears to be good quality.
Furniture Knowledge has exceptional customer service. I bought a lock that didn’t work properly. I called them and they pulled another lock, tested it and sent it to me same day. I’m not accustomed to this level of service from Internet vendors. A truly remarkable experience.
My husband is refinishing my grandmother’s bedroom furniture (from the early 1909’s) and some of the fine detailed molding that encased the wicker inside the headboards was missing some sections. We measured and ordered from Furniture Knowledge (via EBay). The molding was advertised as 1/4” but was actually a shade bigger (more like 3/8ths) so did not match.
