As to Mrs. Ayala’s comment, she forgot to mention that the furniture she purchased was from over 3 years ago. We warranty our products for one year, typical to any other business, and during that period we take care of all issues that the furniture may have. I second what the other gentleman said this owner is a liar and very rude once he gets your contract and you pay your half down on your contract, he will continue to cheat you on everything he does. The best thing to do is walk in the door and turn around and walk out, don't do business with him. He is a lier and very rude. I ordered a side table from them on Saturday December 1st. The table was from stock, but I was paying for them to stain the table. They promised the table would be ready in one week (at the latest). I called on Saturday December 8th and was told the table would be ready Wednesday or Thursday (December 12th or 13th). The guy was not at all apologetic. Alberto was very nice and his staff was quick to reface all of our kitchen.
The owner really took his time to explain how they would build our entertainment center. Not cheap but they make quality furniture that can be passed down through the generations.
very poor service. Owner blantenly lied to my face>can't stand a liar.
