I bought a couch 2yrs ago. shortly after the first year of owning the couch the-cushions started to sag and now it’s uncomfortable to sit on because all you feel is wood. I feel that 1,300 for a mini sectional is a lot of money for the quality of this couch. We chose this furniture store over big lots because we wanted quality furniture that would last instead we paid quality price for big lots furniture. Lastly the customer service I experienced was Not good.
