We used Furniture Fetchers in March of this year. While our movers were polite and respectful, we take serious issue at how WOEFULLY underquoted we were. We feel we were taken advantage of in a gross and unfair manner. Our original quote was for 5 hours. On the day of the move, we even had fewer items than we originally shared with the office manager. This is my second time using this company! Both times the movers have been professional, kind, thoughtful, and efficient. I had a terrified cat who wouldn’t cooperate, they made sure every door was closed when they entered and left so she’d be safe. They took the time to help me get furniture in the right spot when we arrived at the new location. I’d highly recommend this team, and I wish I’d written their names down! I will be using this company again in my next move and will recommend it to friends.
