Furniture Fair Is very fair in their prices, we actually purchased a beautiful canopy bed with the works for our daughter. Paid in cash and they delivered it to the house and set it up.
It's alright if ... ... your buying in Jacksonville. The family that owns this store owns about 90% of the others within Jacksonville but under other names. Quality of furniture has gone down over the years. This use to be a good place to purchase, not anymore. Don't finance those charges will kill you. Sales are not really sales, they just change the tags to make it appear that way. Furniture Fair Inc Of New Bern I have been to this store many times when I lived in this area and never had any problems with the staff. They were always friendly and the selection is large as is the store.
furniture store This store does not have friendly people. The first thing they saw whan i walked in was a young person, they came up to me and said that i could not get any credit there was no reason for me to be in the store. There store has some really great big pieces of furniture and very good prices. They have a great layaway and payment plan.

DISHONEST BUSINESS! BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!!!! 1. They talk military and low-income families into financing furniture and appliances thru IN-HOUSE FINANCE where they over charge for the merchandise and stick $200-$300 warranties on the contract. The customer thinks that they have to purchase the warranty in order to get financed. Then the interest rates are so high that the customer would have spent less at a rent-to-own place! If you have to finance, SAY NO to the warranties! They are useless rip offs!
RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!! They have to CHEAPEST crap Ive ever seen. We spent 2000 on a new sectional only to have the recliner break a month later, its now been 2 months since they "fixed" it and its broken again. The same issue is wrong with it. I will NEVER EVER EVER shop here again. This place is a rip-off!!!!!!
An Actual Employee All I got to say is try working for this darn company.... They treat you like a piece of crap...they don't care about you, all they think about is the $$$$$... which is fine and normal although, their employees are the ones who got them there in the first place.
