Would not service sleeper sofa which broke after purchase. Started falling apart on one side. Contacted Ky location managers and they quickly said they could not help. If I purchased an extended warranty then maybe send a technician. Told me good luck on finding someone on the internet to repair furniture. Needless to say I am furious and cannot see straight. Slick advertising - bad quality.
Received defective furniture and had the worst customer service experience ever. Not happy at all with the customer service or furniture (pub table and 4 stools) from the Furniture Fair location in Fairfield. The table had a missing part and one of the stools had a big noticeable scratch and had a missing part as well. Called the store they wanted me to bring the table back to exchange it out, not happy with that solution because of the inconvenience since the store is a 45 minute drive for me or pay the $99 delivery charge ... read more

The worst experience I have ever had. First, the salespeople would NOT leave me alone so I could look, secondly the store in Fairfield is too crowded with furniture to be able to look without feeling crowded. The salesperson kept trying to get me to let her price out the brand of furniture that I had a flyer for from another store even though i told her if i bought that brand i would buy it where i saw it - not from someone who was trying to slam the other store. I will NEVER shop there again
I just can not tell you how happy I am with all my experiences at Furniture Fair. They are a great family oriented company and have quality merchandise at affordable prices. We started out with a chair, went back for a living room suite and if I can get my husband to go along we will fill the whole house!
Wow, talk about a family feel; this is what you get. I totally love the feeling that you are treated like a special member of the family from the first time you walk in the door. Not only do you get a great selection of furniture at outstanding prices; but you also get people that generally take your best interest to heart. Me and my husband went to umteen different furniture stores trying to find furniture for our new home. We went to sofa express and were about to buy when the salesman tried to sell us things that we didn't need. Needless to say we went to furniture fair and were lucky enough to be greeted by Bo a new salesman. We could tell he was new because he had to ask a manager to come over and help him a couple of times. But we did not mind at all because we felt at home.
