If you order from this store, be very careful to get a firm delivery date. I ordered a bedroom suite from them 13 months ago, paid for it in full, and still do not have the bedside table. They have never reached out to me in any way, every conversation I have had with them has been initiated by me. Now they are telling me that it will not be available until sometime in January.

This experience has been a hot mess. My wife and I purchased a nice couch March 2021. No issues with the purchase everything went smoothly. The wait time on the couch was 25 weeks, which we were ok with due to covid. Come September when our couch was delivered. We only received half of the couch we ordered (and half a couch we did Not). I had a need to order a bed for my friend's adult son who is disabled. My friend and her husband are elderly and have limited mobility. I called numerous other furniture stores to purchase the bed. They were not helpful at all and honestly could not have cared less about my business. Furniture Fair was my last call. The woman who answered the phone was delightful. Purchased twice there. 1st time I was Young and overpaid for crap which didn't last. Second time couldn't get help repairing a sofa which broke after a month. Guess they got paid so customer service not needed. Would not recommend to anybody. Shame on me for not reading reviews and buying there twice. Never again now.
