Fantastic! We have purchased quite a few pieces from Furniture Fair. A beautiful leather living room suite, a wing back chair and a mattress/boxsprings. I love this store! The showroom is beautiful, helpful sales people, great product at even better prices! What more could you ask for!

I had a need to order a bed for my friend's adult son who is disabled. My friend and her husband are elderly and have limited mobility. I called numerous other furniture stores to purchase the bed. Received defective furniture and had the worst customer service experience ever. Not happy at all with the customer service or furniture (pub table and 4 stools) from the Furniture Fair location in Fairfield. The table had a missing part and one of the stools had a big noticeable scratch and had a missing part as well. Called the store they wanted me to bring the table back to exchange it out, not happy with that solution because of the inconvenience since the store is a 45 minute drive for me or pay the $99 delivery charge ... read more
Don't waste your money – I bought a lift chair from this store for my 80 year old mother. In less than 2 years the mechanics on the chair broke. Fortunatley I bought the extended warranty that covered these parts. When calling to get the motor fixed or chair replaced I was told that a tech would call in 3 days to set up an appointment. MY MOTHER NEEDS THIS CHAIR NOW! I called back with my frustration on this only to find out that when and if the tech calls and he cannot fix it it could take 4 weeks to replace the chair......... read more

Furniture Fair is the best place to go ..their prices and service are more reasonable and reliable than most medical supply stores plus they are local and friendly...best person to ask for is Jasmine... salesperson...
The worst experience I have ever had. First, the salespeople would NOT leave me alone so I could look, secondly the store in Fairfield is too crowded with furniture to be able to look without feeling crowded. The salesperson kept trying to get me to let her price out the brand of furniture that I had a flyer for from another store even though i told her if i bought that brand i would buy it where i saw it - not from someone who was trying to slam the other store. I will NEVER shop there again

I just can not tell you how happy I am with all my experiences at Furniture Fair. They are a great family oriented company and have quality merchandise at affordable prices. We started out with a chair, went back for a living room suite and if I can get my husband to go along we will fill the whole house!
